WRESTLING ANNOUNCES 2013 JOEL FERRELL WINNER

2013 AAU Joel Ferrell Winner - Wrestling

                Every year, the AAU honors a special athlete who demonstrates outstanding athletic accomplishments and sportsmanship, just as former AAU President and US Olympic Committee Vice President Joel Ferrell.  This year, there is no doubt that Wrestling Champion Mike Boykin is a perfect match for this award.

                Mike participates with the Keystone Elite wrestling club from the Middle Atlantic AAU District and attends Coatesville High School.  His record was 16 matches undefeated and he only gave up 5 points throughout the entire tournament.  He is a Pennsylvania State medalist and a Gold American from the 2013 AAU Scholastic Duals.  Mike is 16 years old and is sure to have a very bright future in wrestling ahead of him.  The AAU would like to wish Mike good luck in all his future endeavors.
